Warranty and Return Policy

This product is warranted to be free of manufacturing defect. We have packaged the "SPEEDWAY RACING" game to ensure your game arrives in excellent condition. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a 15-day money back guarantee, providing the interior packaged game pieces remain intact. Specifically, the individually wrapped racing cars cannot be opened and the game must be returned with no missing parts.

There is a $10.00 refurbishing fee on all returned games. Previously delivered games are not resold. They are refurbished to original condition, resealed and donated to children's nonprofit organizations. Upon inspection of the returned game, we will gladly refund the balance of your purchase to your credit card. The original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Should you need to return the game, email us at racn7@AOL.com for return instructions.
